The Local Beaches
Oludeniz has the beautiful beaches of Belcekiz and the world famous Blue Lagoon (voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire Mediterranean), Oludeniz offers crystal clear waters and is sheltered by soaring coastal mountains. During the day you may choose to relax on the sand or enjoy one of a range of water sports.
Kidrak, also known as Paradise Beach – is located only 2 km away from Oludeniz. It is more secluded and quieter than Oludeniz. This beach is a protected area and there is a small entrance fee. There are no facilities other than sun lounges and umbrellas.
Gemiler Beach is an unspoiled, picturesque cove with a great view of St. Nicholas Island which you can visit by boat and there are surrounding forests to stroll in. There are a couple of cafes to choose from.
Faralya - The Butterfly Valley is a hidden gem and an absolute delight. From the village it is a deep and dangerous descent and best visited by boat from Oludeniz. There is a small white pebbled beach and two small waterfalls to discover.
Kabak Beach, a totally unspoiled stretch of shingle beach that is surrounded on three sides by lush pine forest with great treks in the area including to some great waterfalls approximately 20-25 minutes from the left side of the beach facing the sea.
